واکنش مورفو-فیزیولوژی دو رقم زیتون به محلول‌پاشی برگی ملاتونین و تنش خشکی در شرایط کشت گلدانی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر محلول‌پاشی برگی ملاتونین بر پاسخ‌های مورفو-فیزیولوژی دو رقم زیتون در شرایط گلدان در ایستگاه تحقیقات زیتون دالاهو استان کرمانشاه، به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و سه فاکتور (غلظت‌های ملاتونین، رژیم‌های آبیاری و ارقام زیتون) در سال زراعی 1400-1399 اجرا گردید. دو مرحله محلول-پاشی کامل نهال‌های زیتون با ملاتونین در غلظت‌های صفر به عنوان شاهد، 50 و 100 میکرومولار، انجام گردید. تیمارهای آبیاری شامل آبیاری به میزان 100 درصد آبیاری (شاهد)، 75 و 50 درصد تبخیر و تعرق بودند، به‌طوری‌که تیمار 100 درصد به‌عنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. به‌ منظور تعیین پاسخ ارقام زیتون به تنش خشکی و محلول‌پاشی ملاتونین صفات رویشی مانند ارتفاع نهال، تعداد برگ، وزن تر و خشک برگ، وزن تر و خشک شاخه و ریشه، نسبت وزن خشک ریشه به شاخه و نیز صفات فیزیولوژی محتوای نسبی آب برگ، درصد نشت یونی، مقدار کلروفیل کل و مالون‌دی‌آلدهید ثبت گردید. عملیات آماری تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه میانگین‌ها به روش دانکن انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر رقم، سطوح مختلف ملاتونین و رژیم آبیاری بر صفات رویشی و فیزیولوژی مورد ارزیابی در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی‌دار گردید. صفات رویشی ثبت شده در رقم سویلانا، بیشتر بود، بطوری‌که رقم سویلانا واکنش مناسبی نسبت به محلول‌پاشی ملاتونین در شرایط تنش خشکی داشت. تیمار 50 درصد آبیاری در مقایسه با سایر تیمارهای آبیاری باعث کاهش صفات رویشی شد. محلول‌پاشی ملاتونین باعث تعدیل اثرات تنش آبی در هر دو رقم زیتون مورد مطالعه در شرایط گلدان گردید.
